John Morris

John Morris is a customer experience expert with deep practical experience based on a 33 years with Intel Corp leading business interests across the globe including Russia, US, Poland and the UK.

He is an enthusiastic advocate for delivering exceptional customer experience with a proven record of driving CRM solutions, business improvement and change through a combination of people and team development, strong operational thinking and innovative business management. A prolific writer of articles and blogs, John’s first book, co- written with David Tovey will be published soon.

David Tovey

David is an International Speaker, Consultant, Coach and Published Author working with clients in the UK. Europe and the Middle East. His career in senior management, sales, business development and marketing spanned almost 30 years.

David’s sector experience ranges from small start-ups to global professional services firms, from high tech products through to law, accountancy, engineering, commercial property, franchising and not for profit organisations. Having written and published hundreds of articles on business development sales, customer experience and leadership his first book ‘Principled Selling—How to Win More Business Without Selling Your Soul’ is published by Kogan Page.
